Runners Strength & Conditioning Class
In preparation for the Cayman Islands 10km and Half Marathon on December 1st, join our Strength & Conditioning classes specifically designed for runners to focus on improving running performance, preventing injuries, and enhancing overall strength. These classes, headed by our Kinesiotherapist and Fitness Trainer, will target key muscle groups that are essential for running and are open to all fitness levels. ​​
