Rose Watt
Rose, originally from South Africa, has been practicing physiotherapy since completing her studies in 2008 and brings over 17 years of experience to her patients. She has developed a special interest in the treatment of cervical spine conditions, headaches and dizziness, combining advanced clinical skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Her background includes extensive work in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, with experience ranging from recreational athletes to elite and national-level competitors. Rose is particularly skilled in hands-on manual therapy techniques and dry needling, and integrates these with tailored rehabilitation and exercise programs to promote long-term recovery and resilience.
As the founder of Vitality Physio & Wellness, Rose has created a space where patients feel genuinely heard and supported. Her philosophy combines experience with up-to-date research to deliver the highest standard of care, ensuring each patient not only reaches their goals but feels confident, strong, and equipped for lifelong wellbeing.

Paula Tully
Paula is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist from Cape Town, South Africa. She graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2013 and has continued to expand her expertise with further training in Dry Needling, APPI Mat Work Pilates, Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy, and specialised courses in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and headaches. Most recently, she completed her MSc in Exercise and Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town, graduating with distinction for her dissertation on shoulder injuries.
Paula enjoys working with all types of muscle, tendon, and joint injuries, and has a particular interest in athletes of all abilities – from weekend warriors to elite sportspeople. With her additional training in TMJ and headache management, she provides tailored treatment for patients with complex needs alongside her sports and musculoskeletal practice. Paula believes in a holistic and rehabilitative approach, combining hands-on therapy with targeted exercise programs to help each patient achieve their functional, sporting, and lifestyle goals.

Lee Serfontein
Lee, a Biokineticist/Kinesiotherapist from South Africa, leverages six years of expertise in unlocking the human body's potential through movement. Armed with a BSc in Human Movement Science and Physiology and a BSc Honours in Biokinetics, she specialises in the science of movement and exercise application for rehabilitative treatment.
Having ventured from South Africa to the Cayman Islands, Lee now joins Vitality as a Fitness Trainer & Injury Rehabilitation Specialist. Her focus lies in crafting and implementing precise exercise programs for those recovering from injuries or surgeries. She advocates a holistic approach, addressing not only physical but also mental and emotional aspects of recovery. Lee's mission is to empower individuals to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence, facilitating a return to an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

Kousalya Rozario
Kousalya Rozario, from India, is a registered dietitian with 15 years of experience in providing personalised nutritional therapy and lifestyle advice to her clients.
She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics and also holds a Master of Philosophy in Foodservice Management and Dietetics.
Kousalya's primary goal is to inspire and support clients in making necessary changes to regain optimal health. She is here to help clients suffering from hormone imbalance, difficulty managing weight, poor energy, stress, brain fog, gut issues (such as acid reflux, irregular bowel movement, bloating, or flatulence), hypertension, and metabolic disorders like diabetes. She listens to her clients, understands their symptoms, and identifies the root cause of their problems to tailor a meal plan that meets their specific needs and helps them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Kousalya has a passion for nutrition and a strong desire to share her knowledge with others. She takes a holistic approach by considering all aspects of a client's health, diet, eating habits, exercise, medical history, goals, and lifestyle.
